A data-driven interactive Intranet website – with consistent design and user-friendly navigation – was created by InnoTech to improve efficiencies and lower expenses. With multiple locations around the world and some with multiple buildings, the website provides the company employee’s with global access to a "printer map" to choose the nearest printer with the features the print job demanded.

Before the convenience of installing or setting up a printer with a few clicks, employees had to call the help desk or IT support each time they had to print to a new printer. Added administrative tools allow for maintenance by authorized users, regardless of where they are located, also reducing the manual burden previously placed on corporate IT staff.
