This front office solution was the tool for better decision-making at this company, which led to lowering costs. A workflow management application used to track orders, inventory, production, and costs was created by InnoTech to increase efficiencies and improve production.

In the past, individual Excel spreadsheets made it difficult to provide an aggregated view of the business. The solution now provides a centralized tool to manage projects as they are processed through the company and gives the staff – at multiple locations – central access to a project’s status from estimating to billing. This enhanced visibility into daily operations helped the company identify "bottleneck" areas and departments where too much time and money were being spent. Armed with this insight, the company was able to focus on improving productivity in trouble areas and set performance expectations accordingly. The application also provides reporting to efficiently manage the weekly production schedule.
