About Jim
Jim began working in the IT industry as a full-time software developer in 1992 for ICOM, Inc., an industrial automation software company later acquired by Rockwell Automation. While moving on to other permanent positions, he started consulting as an employee of Technology Consulting Corporation.
In 1999, Jim introduced InnoTech as an independent consultancy. The company is a Registered Microsoft Partner, which allows InnoTech's developers to leverage the Microsoft platform and stay current and proficient in the products and technologies – and ultimately provide better client solutions.
Jim, his wife Amy, and their two children reside in the Metro-Milwaukee area. Aside from quality family time, he enjoys traveling, camping, aviation, the outdoors, and trail riding with his ATV.
