The catalog allows SCJ staff to gain visibility into the IT offerings as well as make well-informed choices based on features and service levels desired and financial impact. In addition, the Product and Services catalog has allowed the SCJ IT department to standardize its offerings and better communicate business value to users throughout SCJ worldwide.

DCD was looking to lower expenses, yet provide improved permitting services to contractors. The solution involved the creation of an Internet application that allows electricians, plumbers and other contractors to apply for, pay for and receive their permits electronically; all within only a few minutes. The web application is integrated with other existing DCD systems including their cashier, customer maintenance and property information systems. Technologies include ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.

The solution is hosted in Microsoft Exchange using custom Microsoft Outlook forms and integrates with Microsoft Excel for documentation.

Instant Data Systems is a provider of bar-coding systems inclduing asset management and inventory managment systems. IDS was in need of a low cost alternative for perforing barcode scanning and data collection. Our solution was to create a Palm Pilot based application utilizing Sybmol brand Palm handhelds integrated with barcde scanners. The application integrated with IDS' desktop applications.
